1.3 Profile photographs and facial images

We collect and store a facial photograph as part of the driver onboarding process.

Purpose of collection

• Identity verification and authentication
• Enabling logistics companies (our business clients) to visually confirm driver identities
• Profile management and account administration
• Compliance with our business clients’ driver management requirements

How we handle your photograph

• Your photograph is stored securely on Firebase Storage with encryption
• It is shared only with the logistics company that contracts you through our platform
• You can update your photograph at any time through your profile settings
• It is retained for the duration of your active account
• It will be permanently deleted when you request account deletion

Who we share with

• Logistics companies: The company that contracts you as a driver receives access to your profile information, including your photograph, for driver identification and management purposes.
• Service providers: We use Firebase Storage (Google Cloud Platform) to securely store profile photographs and other data.
• When required by law or competent authorities
• To protect our legal rights or user safety
• In case of merger, acquisition or sale of assets

We do not

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your photograph with anyone other than your contracting logistics company
• Use your photograph for marketing purposes

Profile photographs are retained for the duration of your active account and are deleted upon account closure or when you exercise your right to deletion under Section 7.
