Sparkify provides a comprehensive driver management and payment processing platform that includes:

• Driver onboarding and profile management
• Payment processing and financial tracking
• Route planning and scheduling
• Vehicle management
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Document management

Account registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

All content included in or made available through our services is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times, free from errors, or meet your specific requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, sending email notification, or displaying a prominent notice when you log in. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, we may delete your account and data, and you remain liable for any outstanding fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sparkify regarding the use of our services. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
